The client had a previous proposal receive negative feedback from a pre-planning review a number of years ago. As they are still keen to provide more bedroom space in their family bungalow and asked us to develop a proposed scheme to address the issues previously raised.
The property and garden were surveyed and client requirements reviewed. These were then developed into a Scheme proposal with a set of plans and 3D views, before a planning submission was made and approved for the Basement conversion element of the scheme.

As part of the initial phase of alterations a planning submission was made and approved for the Basement conversion element of the proposed scheme.
After surveying the first floor of the existing dormer bungalow, drawings for a design to provide ensuites for the two main bedrooms were produced. The key requirement not to lose space in the bedrooms was achieved by utilising existing cupboard / storage spaces and a dormer to provide the required head room.
After surveying the existing garage, drawings of a new replacement garage and porch were created.
